Matthew is a young, passionate real estate entrepreneur, who at the time of earning his real estate license, was the youngest real estate licensee in the State of New Hampshire. Matthew works for Elm Grove Realty, the brokerage division of Elm Grove Companies. Elm Grove Companies is a full-service real estate firm that includes a commercial/residential real estate brokerage, a property management company, handles in-house acquisitions of properties, and a construction company. While providing services in all aspects of real estate sales, Matthew specializes in representing buyers of investment properties, and tenants seeking retail, office, or industrial space for their business. Additionally, Matthew is in charge of all commercial leasing for Elm Grove Companies or any management client. Outside of real estate, Matthew spends time volunteering within Scouting, having previously served on the Daniel Webster Council Executive Board. Matthew enjoys the outdoors and spends time hiking, camping, and climbing.
Brett Rickenbach is a full-time real estate investor and Realtor®. He is partners with his brother, Randy, under their company name Rickenbach Renovations based in Bedford.

Megan has been interested in real estate investing since “house hacking” a duplex two and half years ago and selling it at the top of the market. Megan now helps home buyers, sellers and investors navigate the real estate transaction process. Living in New Hampshire her entire life, Megan has a strong love and passion for the city of Manchester. Among a few goals for 2020, Megan’s top priority is to become even more involved in and to serve the Manchester community.
Ryan Weiss has 5+ years of diverse sales experience and as a New Hampshire native, he has the passion and understanding needed to assist in meeting the needs of the communities we serve.
