De Hsieh credits his real estate journey to NHREIA where he attended his first ever real estate meeting in 2019. Several months later he offered and eventually closed on his first investment property in 2020 and continued to grow his portfolio over the next several years. In 2024 he left his career in analytics consulting to pursue real estate full time. He now owns and operates 20 units in New Hampshire. De has a passion for deal underwriting and assisting new investors find their path to financial freedom.
Tim Lewis

Tim is the Director of Acquisitions at Old Harbor Properties, a Real Estate wholesaling and flipping business. He comes from a background in custom construction, spending many years building high-end custom homes from foundation to finish in the Lake Sunapee region. He also has robust knowledge of the real estate industry from his years as a Realtor® . His goal is to be able to provide the most amount of value possible and is deeply passionate about off-market and creative Real Estate deals.
Cassie Farley
VICE PRESIDENT
Cassie Farley, Vice President, is an advisor at The Masiello Group, Commercial Associates, specializing in the purchase and sale of investment assets and businesses in New England. Known for her reliability, organization, and client-focused approach, she previously served as marketing coordinator at NAI Norwood Group, where she drove listing exposure and ensured smooth transactions. Licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and a member of CIBOR, Cassie also served on HYPE's grant writing committee and volunteers at Touchstone Farm’s therapeutic riding program.
Brenda Douglas
SECRETARY
Brenda Douglas, Secretary, has served on the board for 9 years and is the owner of StagedWorks, LLC, specializing in home staging services. Since 2012, she has worked primarily with investors, offering expertise in design, paint colors, lighting, flooring, and curb appeal. Brenda also provides a full in-house inventory of furnishings to stage properties for maximum impact.
Linda Hamada

Linda Hamada, a Cornell Law School graduate, is a former corporate attorney specializing in securities and international law. She has served on prominent boards, including the Asian Advisory Board to the Mayor of Denver, the Asian Pacific Bar Association of Colorado, the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, and the National Association of Investors Corporation, Granite State Board. A certified mediator for Nashua, Linda now focuses on rehabbing single-family homes in southern New Hampshire.
Hsiu Chang
MEMBER-AT-LARGE
Hsiu Chang, Member-at-Large, has been involved with Formosa Co., LLC since 2003. His family's investment journey in downtown Manchester began after immigrating from Taiwan in 1992. Despite the economic downturn, his parents used their savings to purchase rental properties, which steadily grew in value. By 2017, the company expanded into commercial retail and office rentals. Hsiu holds a degree in Molecular Biology and Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Plymouth State University. A former Realtor and AmeriCorps science teacher, he brings a deep respect for both professions to his work in real estate.
Tim Moreau
MEMBER-AT-LARGE
Tim Moreau, a lifelong southern New Hampshire resident, entered real estate as an investor in late 2019, starting with condo renovations and rentals. By summer 2020, he became a realtor with Homefront Realty LLC, focusing on successful fix-and-flip transactions. Over the past three years, Tim has completed 10 successful deals and continues to expand his real estate knowledge and portfolio. Alongside real estate, Tim is a full-time mechanical engineer in the medical field, holding degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Saint Anselm College. He also enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities.
Colin Schleifer
MEMBER-AT-LARGE
Colin Schleifer, Member-at- Large, has worked at several of the world’s largest investment firms in distribution leadership roles for over 20 years. In another life he spent several years touring the world as singer/songwriter of the band Diecast, opening for well known acts such as Slayer and Alice Cooper. During the pandemic Colin focused on developing a strategy to help diversify his investment interests and in 2021 began investing in multi-family properties. In addition to his professional endeavors, Colin enjoys hiking in the white mountains, shooting, reading, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
Scott Law
MEMBER-AT-LARGE
Scott Law, Member-At-Large, is a seasoned property management professional with expertise in residential and commercial properties since 2010. As the owner of Real Property Management Absolute, he assists rental property investors in Southern NH and is an active real estate investor himself. Scott has served on several boards, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Nashua, New Hampshire Motor Transport Association, the Exchange Club of Nashua, and The Law Family Companies. He holds a degree in Management & Information Technology and is a New Hampshire Notary Public. In his spare time he can be found on his boat on Lake Winnipesaukee.
