Wednesday, September 10th, 2008 6:30 - 9:00 pm Tom Musgrave, "The Tax Guy" and John Cunningham The panel includes Tom Musgrave, a CPA at William Steele & Associates, PC and John Cunningham, an attorney at the Law Offices of John M. Cunningham, P.L.L.C. Tom Musgrave has been in public accounting for 28 years, specializing in tax planning and compliance. He works with real estate developers and investors and will discuss tax implications of buying, holding and selling real estate. John Cunningham focuses on forming limited liability companies and restructuring corporations and other entities to provide them with legal and tax advantages. Since 1993, when the New Hampshire LLC Act came into effect, John has formed several hundred New Hampshire LLCs. He has also formed dozens of LLCs under the Delaware LLC Act and other LLC statutes.
