Mark Roy


Mark E. Roy is a seasoned real estate Broker with over 25 years in the real estate industry. He is currently a Principal, as well as a Managing Broker for Elm Grove Realty in Manchester, NH.Roy specializes in traditional buying and selling, buyer representation, multi-family analysis, auction analysis, wholesaling, flipping, and consulting. Besides being a locally recognized real estate authority, he is dedicated to improving the lives of the people in his community through various leadership and community service roles. Along with his commitment to providing quality real estate advice to his clients, is his promise of professionalism and integrity in all of his personal and professional relationships.

Some of the organizations Roy finds time to be involved with are The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Easter Seals NH, NHAR Public Policy Committee, Makin' it Happen, National Association of Realtors, Manchester Coalition for Quality Education, Manchester Police Mounted Unit, and the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors. Roy's leadership was exceedingly apparent as a 2009 Candidate for Mayor of the City of Manchester, as the Ward 1 Alderman for the City of Manchester from 2003 through 2009, as Vice Chairman of the Citizen's Task Force on Public Schools Facilities, and as a Founding Member of The Friends of State Park. He was also a Former President and member of the Manchester East Cobra Pop Warner Football League where he also participated as a coach, and an Umpire for the Manchester East Little League. He was also the former Police Commissioner for the City of Manchester.

On a personal level Mark is a devoted husband to his wife of fifteen years, Rebecca, who is a Speech and Language Pathologist, as well as a Pre-School Coordinator for the Hooksett School District. The couple has two children, Marina (9) and Jacob (7). His hobbies include boating, hunting, off-shore fishing, fly-fishing, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.

After many years in the hospitality industry as General Manager of several upscale resorts all over the country, I am aware of the expectations of clients: clean, updated, inviting, clutter-free, and most important the space has to have purpose and appeal to that TARGET market. The same applies to home buyers. They need to see your warm and inviting home as their "new home" and this is accomplished with proper and effective staging. Home staging is much more than cleaning and adding décor. It is creating a space that reflects the lifestyle of your target buyer. That may be a first time home buyer, a couple that is downsizing from a big home to a smaller one level, an extended family with an in law suite or a young professional looking for a trendy city loft. Understanding the lifestyle of your target buyer and then merchandising the spaces to touch the senses of that buyer is what we focus on.


Through my experience in the hospitality industry, then working as a home stager with New England Home Staging for three years, I have gained valuable experience in meeting the needs of home sellers. I have earned a reputation as a creative, innovative, and client-focused designer with an excellent understanding of identifying, addressing and resolving organizational needs.


Launching my new company StagedWorks® in January of 2012 is the next phase of building my personal brand. StagedWorks® mission is to work with and educate, Realtors®, homesellers, home builders and real estate investors on how to market their properties in order to bring in that home buyer, quickly and receive top dollar for their home.


I specialize in working with real estate investors on how to update older homes with the right finishes, paint colors, exterior finishes, and using the right decor and furnishings that will attract that target buyer.

Sara Cofer


Sara Cofer moved to New Hampshire from Colorado in 2009.  A little under a year later, Sara and her husband purchased their first rental property – a stacked three family in Manchester.  They owner-occupied the building, and have since purchased several other properties in the area.  Sara has a nine-to-five daytime job as a paralegal, and invests in real estate on the side.  In the interest of expanding her knowledge and network, Sara has been a part of New Hampshire REIA since 2010.  

Lisa Fong

Board Member-at-Large

Lisa Fong, a NH native, has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Southern NH University.    With B.A in hand, and fascinated by technology, she chose a career path as a software engineer. Technology burnout ensued, and she is now an office manager for a landscaping company.  She also has experience as bank teller and mortgage processor.  She joined NHREIA in 2013.  

Andre Tremblay


Andre Tremblay is a vice president, commercial loan officer for Franklin Savings Bank, operating out of the bank’s loan production office in Bedford, NH. Andre has over thirty years of experience lending on all types of commercial real estate throughout Northern New England.

Dianne Shvanda
Marketing Director

Dianne Shvanda has a  B.S. in Communications Management from Syracuse University. She is a social media strategist and handles marketing for several companies. She enjoys promoting NHREIA - bringing real estate investors together for education and networking.
